🚫 Refunds & Returns

• No Refunds or General Returns: All sales are final. We do not accept returns or offer refunds for change of mind or general preference.
• Defective or Incorrect Items: Refunds or returns are only issued if there is a manufacturing defect, a damaged product, or an error made on our end.
• Timeframe: If there is a problem with your order, you must reach out to us within 3 days of receiving your package.

❌ Exchanges

• No Exchanges: We do not offer exchanges for any items once an order has been delivered. Please ensure all product details are correct before placing your order.

🛑 Cancellations

• No Cancellations: Once an order is placed, it cannot be canceled. Please double-check your order before completing checkout.

📦 Out of Stock Items

• In the rare event that an item you ordered becomes unavailable, your order for that item will be canceled and you will receive a full refund within 24 hours.

📩 How to Report an Issue / Contact Us

If you received a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, or if you need assistance with an order:

1. Send us a direct message on Instagram or WhatsApp within 3 days of delivery.
2. Include your order number, a brief explanation of the issue, and clear photos/videos showing the defect or wrong item.
3. Our customer care team will review your claim and reply as soon as possible to make it right!

Note: Original delivery fees are non-refundable. If an issue occurred due to an error on our side, we will cover all associated costs to resolve it.
